2026-07-14

91APP (Stock code: 6741), a leading omnichannel solutions company for retail and F&B, today announced consolidated revenue of NT$201 million for June 2026, representing a 32.45% year-on-year increase. Cumulative consolidated revenue for the first half of 2026 reached NT$1.099 billion, up 31.73% year-on-year. Both June revenue and first-half revenue reached record highs for the same period.

  • Monthly revenue milestone: Consolidated revenue reached NT$201 million in June, up 32.45% year-on-year.
  • First-half revenue milestone: Consolidated revenue for the first six months totaled NT$1.099 billion, up 31.73% year-on-year.
  • Continued expansion of 91APP AI products and AI agents: Following the launch of its second-generation AI SEO solution and the rollout of AI applications by iCHEF, 91APP will continue strengthening its Commerce, Marketing, POS, and Payments solutions with AI at the core, while introducing new AI products and services and accelerating the practical deployment of AI agents and AI-powered operational management in the second half of the year.

1. Capturing peak retail e-commerce demand to drive second-half growth

91APP stated that June revenue benefited from double-digit growth in its digital advertising business driven by RetailTech, as well as strong consumer demand during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday and the 618 mid-year shopping festival. Many brand clients leveraged OMO capabilities in physical retail e-commerce, contributing to the company’s revenue growth. According to 91APP retail research, consumer demand during the 618 shopping festival was highly concentrated on the main promotional day. Across all brand clients on the platform, GMV on the peak day increased several times compared with an average day in June, providing strong momentum for mid-year sales performance. Entering the second half of the year, which marks the peak season for retail e-commerce, 91APP will continue helping brand clients capitalize on major promotional events and seasonal campaigns to drive sales growth and further support the company’s revenue performance.

2. Deepening AI-powered solutions to help retail and F&B businesses upgrade operations in the AI era

91APP has continued expanding its AI product portfolio this year, helping retail and F&B clients upgrade their operations in the AI era and gradually becoming a preferred partner for AI transformation across both industries. Recently, the company launched its second-generation AI SEO solution, enabling brands to improve visibility, citation rates, and conversion performance across AI search platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini while capturing new sources of AI-driven organic traffic. Meanwhile, iCHEF, 91APP’s F&B technology brand, introduced “Taiwan F&B Location Intelligence” and “AI Personalized Ordering Recommendations” to help restaurant operators improve operational efficiency and drive business growth through AI. In addition, iCHEF’s AI solutions have been recognized and included under a subsidy program administered by the MOEA Bureau of Commerce, allowing eligible F&B operators to receive up to 50% subsidy. 91APP continues to actively expand the adoption of its AI products and related services.

3. Outlook for the second half of the year: accelerating AI deployment and preparing for the peak retail season

Looking ahead, 91APP will continue deepening cross-industry integration across retail and F&B while strengthening penetration opportunities for its AI-powered Commerce, Marketing, POS, and Payments solutions across industries. The company will also actively expand its client base among medium and large retail and F&B chain brands. Key priorities for the second half of the year include launching new AI products and services, accelerating the practical deployment of AI agents, and advancing AI-powered operational management. At the same time, as the peak retail e-commerce season approaches, 91APP will continue helping brand clients capture seasonal business opportunities, creating additional momentum for full-year revenue growth.
