1. Holiday Demand Drives Retail and F&B Growth, Sustaining Double-Digit Revenue Growth
91APP stated that September performance benefited from the 99 Shopping Festival and the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, which contributed to improved sales across retail and F&B brands. Meanwhile, its digital advertising business continued to expand, alongside new partnerships with major retail and F&B chain brands. These factors contributed to double-digit year-on-year revenue growth for both the month and the year-to-date period.
In addition, 91APP has upgraded into an Agentic Enterprise Solution company, focusing on deeply integrating AI agents into core operational scenarios across Commerce, Marketing, POS, and Payments. The company will continue enhancing its related products, services, and solutions to help brands improve operational efficiency and create new growth opportunities.
2. iCHEF Supports Holiday Restaurant Sales, with Daily Sales Increasing 1.85 Times
The holiday period boosted performance across numerous restaurant operators in Taiwan. According to the 91APP F&B Research, restaurant sales during the recent Double Tenth holiday period were 1.85 times their average daily sales on regular days.
Usage of restaurants’ digital tools also increased. iCHEF’s online takeaway orders grew 25% year-on-year, while in-store table-side QR code ordering increased 19%. These trends reflect consumers’ growing preference for ordering through restaurants’ owned digital channels. Restaurant operators are also accelerating the adoption of owned digital channels for order management, ordering, and membership engagement, gradually building integrated omnichannel operations across retail and F&B.
With further holiday demand expected in October, the strong performance of the restaurant sector is expected to continue contributing positively to business results.
3. 91APP Expands Strategic Partnerships and Prepares for the Fourth-Quarter Peak Season
In the second half of the year, 91APP has actively pursued strategic partnerships to expand into new consumption scenarios and foster cross-industry collaboration, extending the application of its digital capabilities across different business contexts.
In September, 91APP formed a strategic alliance with LINE Shopping to launch the LINE Shopping SMB Points Solution, helping brands improve first-purchase conversion among new customers, build membership assets, and drive the positive growth cycle of OMO 2.0. During the same month, QLiEER, 91APP’s beauty technology brand, partnered with Taiwan Mobile’s OP Pay later to bring BNPL installment services to participating beauty businesses. The service helps beauty salons, hair salons, nail salons, and spas lower the payment barrier for high-value services, expand their customer base, and increase conversion opportunities.
With major shopping events such as Double 11 and Double 12 approaching, 91APP will continue helping brand clients prepare for the peak season and drive business momentum in the fourth quarter.
