新的一年，91APP 也準備好提供更貼近品牌需求的服務！

店員幫手主要是為了協助店員更快速及有效地提供服務給到店的會員，因此本月，我們就店員幫手中的會員註記功能進行了優化。在由總部人員可定義的共同註記中，其類別的選項上限新增至 30 個，可針對會員不同的屬性設定更精準的註記及分類。

此外，在線下跨線上通路的服務場景中，店員會透過店員幫手發送加入購物車的連結給會員。如今，因應店員與會員之間更多元的溝通渠道，在發送購物車連結的時候，也新增了分享連結的功能，讓店員可以使用熟悉的溝通軟體將連結發送給會員。

商店佈景主題模組優化，讓品牌玩轉網站設計

網站及 App 就是品牌線上的門面，利用商店佈景主題中多項模組及元件建立出展現商品及活動的空間。本月，我們也針對商店佈景主題中自訂頁的 2 項模組進行了優化，提升品牌的應付各種情景的運用：

部落格文字模組內的可使用字數提升一倍，提供品牌在文字運用上更大篇幅的發揮空間；在快捷模組中，除了既有的顯示數量可供選擇，排列設定中是否可分頁呈現也新增了選項，讓品牌可更彈性地運用快捷模組，以不同的排列方式在行動端界面的首頁呈現出商品的分類或活動資訊等的快捷入口。

優惠券紀錄顯示期限調整

在優惠券上，本月我們針對已過優惠券使用期限的條件和後台紀錄做了進一步的優化。首先，針對會員提出的訂單取消需求時，若其訂單使用的優惠券已過使用期限，系統將自動判斷不給予相關優惠券的退還。

不僅如此，針對 OSM 後台上的在 CRM、會員管理及優惠券專區的紀錄顯示，以及可匯出的優惠券（含折價券、贈品券、運費券、會員禮折價券）明細都已統一調整為可呈現 14 天的內容，供品牌參考。

透過資料傳輸提升廣告成效

為提升廣告成效，本次新上線的產品中包含 Facebook 的手動進階配對功能，此功能是透過將使用者的電子郵件地址等資料進行雜湊及加密處理後傳輸給 Facebook，以便比對及識別用戶，擴大品牌可自訂的廣告受眾規模。

另外，使用手冊全面升級成「幫助中心」了！後台 OSM 右上方原本的「數位行銷資源」及「使用手冊」如今已統整更名為「幫助中心」，以全新且一致的界面為品牌提供系統功能說明，讓品牌更快速進入 OMO 虛實融合的世界。
